Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

If you experience any issues accessing your download or if you believe you have purchased a duplicate product by mistake, please contact us at [your support email], and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership and subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access to content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [your support email] so we can review your account.

Physical Products (If applicable)

If Aficionado Certified offers physical products:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Workshops, Courses, and Events
